Your Symptoms at Week 27

Stretch calves daily; eat bananas and leafy greens. (moderate)
Walk before bed; try a warm bath; check iron levels. (moderate)
Stand and sit straight; sleep slightly elevated. (moderate)
Elevate when possible; remove rings if tight. (moderate)
