Georgia requires children under 8 to ride in the back seat if available.
Rear-Facing
Until age 2 or RF seat height/weight limit (recommended)

Age 8 until 4'9" tall
Booster with lap and shoulder belt required

Seat belt must fit properly across chest and hips — not across the neck
